You have a slot to write down the date, then the hours of the day; we start it very early (we’re members of the 5am club), and finish it at ten o’clock at night. Enough hours for you to write down all your tasks, appointments and activities.
On the other hand, you have a space to write down your 3 daily goals (having a lot of goals a day is not very realistic, so we advise you to focus on 3). We also leave you a space for a To-Do list (we leave you the link to the printable to-do list, in case you need it), and the box at the end for notes and ideas that come up.
